When You Haven’t “Arrived”… But You Know You’re Called

There’s something I want to say out loud because I know I’m not the only woman who feels this way.

I haven’t “arrived.”

And I think that’s exactly why I’m here.

I’m still learning.
Still growing.
Still figuring things out…one step, one prayer, one choice at a time.

Midlife has a way of stripping away the illusion that we need to have everything figured out before we begin. In fact, I’ve learned the opposite is true.

This season isn’t about pretending I have it all together.
It’s about showing up honestly with heart, humility, and hope.

Faithful to Everyone Else — And Learning to Include Myself

For years, I poured myself into family, work, volunteering, and responsibility.

Like so many women in midlife, I looked up one day and realized something quietly important:
I had been deeply faithful to the people I love while slowly setting myself aside.

And I want to be clear…I still love pouring into my family. That will always be a meaningful part of who I am. But midlife has taught me something essential:

Caring for myself isn’t stepping away from the people I love.
It’s how I stay present for them.

When I don’t tend to my own wellness, physically, emotionally, spiritually, I show up depleted. When I do, I show up grounded, available, and whole.

That shift changed everything.

Why Wellness Became Non-Negotiable

I’m deeply committed to wellness because I’ve felt what it’s like to lose yourself…
and what it feels like to slowly come back to life through simple, consistent habits.

Not extreme routines.
Not perfection.
Just small, faithful steps.

Wellness helped me reconnect with myself and with God in a way I didn’t even realize I needed. It gave me clarity when my thoughts felt heavy. It restored confidence when I felt unsure about what came next.

And that clarity opened doors I hadn’t allowed myself to consider before.

Midlife Mentorship Matters More Than We Admit

I’m passionate about mentoring because I know how isolating midlife can feel.

Roles shift.
Kids grow.
Careers plateau or end.
And suddenly the future feels unclear.

Too many women walk through this season quietly wondering, “Is there more for me?”

I believe there is…and we’re not meant to figure it out alone.

Mentorship, community, and shared wisdom matter deeply in midlife. Having women who walk beside you, not above you, changes everything.

Faith-Led Work in the In-Between Season

I’m faith-led in this work because I believe God doesn’t waste seasons.

Not the hard ones.
Not the confusing ones.
Not the in-between ones.

Especially not midlife.

I haven’t “made it.”
But I know I’m where I’m supposed to be.

Learning.
Growing.
Walking alongside remarkable women.
Building something meaningful…together!

This work isn’t about having all the answers. It’s about being willing to say yes to the next step, even when the full picture isn’t clear.

You’re Not Late — You’re Right on Time

You’re not late.
You’re not behind.
You’re right on time.

Midlife isn’t an ending.
It’s a next chapter waiting to be written.

And sometimes, the bravest thing we can do is begin…honestly, imperfectly, and with faith.
